What i find more interesting besides breakthroughs is repeated high intensity efforts especially when done outdoors where the will to go hard purely relies on yourself instead of the workout dictating what you should be doing.
I’m sharing my highest difficulty i’ve achived in my 18 months i’ve been riding with power data, 269.6. Anyone else wants to share his or hers ?
Also, i’d like to suggest the developers to make the difficulty scale adaptive in case it goes over 200.
