Issues with Xert Workouts

I’ve been having issues with my trainer matching what the workout says for power. It only seems to be at higher power intervals. I’m not sure how to get this problem resolved or how to get anyone my files for them to look at.

Let them know the brand/model trainer you have.
If they need any files they’ll provide instructions on how to do that.
