Incorrect Time of Day for activities

when using Xert workouts, my activities were at -0GMT,
I have updated my time zone in advanced settings. the activities that are incorrect did not update,

is there a way to adjust the time, on the individual activities?

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to update the time. You’ll have to remove and reupload/sync them.
