Including time limits in recommended workouts

Hi. My workday schedule (Mon - Fri) allows me to plan 60 to 90 minutes workouts only, nothing longer. is there a way to automatically account for that?

There isn’t a direct way to constrain the algorithm by time when workouts are chosen by the system. It uses your XSS deficits and average workout XSS to establish what the target XSS would be for the workout. It may end up choosing something longer than your available time, more likely so if you have a larger deficit. You can always use the Load More button and choose a workout that better meets your available time. This is the standard approach to building your plan.
