im just coming back from a crash 2 months ago

what would be the best way to start back ? its the end of season here so no races for 6 months

Hi Stephen, we’d recommend that you start ‘easy’ with a low Improvement Rate and a longer Focus…selecting the ‘GC Specialist’ Athlete Type is a great place to start. If you don’t have many activities in your recent history, the Training Advisor may not give you as much strain as you think you can handle, so you may need to add some additional activities to build up your training history a bit. But take it easy and always listen to your body first. As the system ‘learns’ more about you, its recommendations will improve for you.
