I keep getting "Your current Training Load is below 15" on the dashboard and the

training load numbers seem off. It tells me I need to ride 1.3hours a week to improve.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? I’ve synced my Strava with xert. I ride 4 times a week but only once a week with a Power Meter (on the trainer), other rides are with Heart Rate strap.

Hi Konstantin. Check our FAQ on how to update your data with XSS from your other rides. This will help you show the system that you are training more than what it is seeing with your power data. Be sure to click on those activities without power in the Planner and update their XSS and Focus values.
