I’m not sure if it’s intended behavior or a bug, but here’s the overview
I generated an XFAI plan with set weekly availability
Some days / weeks I manually changed availability (e.g. Christmas Day) and plan updated as expected
I want to change my whole plan, and when I regenerate from scratch (I choose ‘new plan’) and re-run, the manual availability adjustments are still there - is that expected? How do I remove them without manually having to find the changes I made and undo them?
Would be best if Xert adds a Reset All Days option under Profile Settings, General, Availability.
Workaround is to go to Planner and for each day of the week (or days you changed) select Clock, set to defaults if needed (Available, Advisor, Flex), then toggle Default for [this day] and Apply.
So how far ahead is it worthwhile changing Availability in the Planner? In other words, I’m pretty sure I’m not going to ride on Christmas 2026 but I doubt that has much bearing on my training for the next week or so. What is that magic number - a week, 2 weeks, a month? Must be somewhere in that neighborhood.
I guess I’m just hesitant to click the Adapt Forecast button when it gets the evil red dot. I really don’t like it at all.
