What do the colors mean in this widget? My best guess would be that green means “build” and yellow means “peak” and blue would mean “base” even though I’ve never seen that, but I’m not certain.
Since the colors mean different things in different parts of the app it’s a bit confusing and that widget isn’t really explained.
Hey, I’m new here as well so I’m discovering Xert, but it looks like you can find details about the colors meaning by clicking on the (?) icon next to “Adaptive Training Program” on your screenshot (can’t post the link on the Forum apparently).
It’s related to your “Improvement rate” based on the activities you did the previous weeks until now.
Thanks, now I found it as well, but that’s not where the question mark leads me.
Also, the colors there are not described correctly. My graph is green and yellow at the moment, but yellow is not described.
