How to pick a suited Strava Segment for your athlete type?

Sometimes I like to set myself a challenge on setting a nice PR / competitive time on some Strava segments. Who doesn’t every now and then :slight_smile:
How can I use Xert to know my strenghts as a cyclist and use this to target Strava segments which suit these strenghts?

I hope this makes sense. I’m just wondering how other riders go on with this.

Go to the “Ranking” tab on Xert and you can see where you’re ranked at for various durations and see what your strengths are, you could use this to target segments of similar duration.
