I feel like I’m in need of a coach as I have a hard time keeping focus on my end goals. I live in the USA and we mostly do crits and circuit road races. I would like to get back into weight lifting as well. Usually I weigh 138 lbs and have a threshold of 287. Right now I weigh 147 and threshold of 273 but I’ve hit a bunch of power PRs in sprints below 30 seconds and threshold work at 40 ish minute marks. I was really excited and wanted to get my Cat two license this year but obviously corona got in the way.
Anyways! Any help on riding a coach that uses Xert? Thanks!
