Only after a month using Xert I learnt that I am supposed to do weekly fitness test to guage the metrics. Is there a best practise around this? What kind of efforts should it be? I assume it\s not a full FTP test every week?
These aren’t the usual “tests” used in other software. You just need to push yourself to during a ride, sometimes a group ride, so that you can let the system know what your fitness numbers are. You can do these once every week, two-weeks or even longer if it isn’t expected to change.
