With XATA you would modify the Program and change the Improvement Rate directly.
On an XFAI plan the ramp rate is variable based on periodization intrinsic to the forecast.
You can see this on the Planner by the weekly stats or switching to Chart View.
How far out is your XFAI end date?
Why do you want to increase the ramp rate?
Do you have more time to train?
Or do you want to squeeze more XSS into the time you have available?
