Yeah, both workouts use 4x8 mins @ 110% TP, think that might be an error in the “Threshold @100% - 4x8 minute” workout, maybe Armando can fix this.
Hi Chen. Thank you for showing us the error. We modified the “100%” workout to be “105%”. The name has been changed and also the design of the workout.
