Heart rate from my Bluetooth chest strap not showing on Xert app on my iPhone, but shows on my Apple Watch 9. Is this because Bluetooth ca only connect to one device at a time, and in my case only show on my watch? Thanks very much for any info/advice.
Correct. One connection at a time.
You’d need to remove it from the watch sensor settings in order to connect to the phone app.
The exception would be a HRM that supports two BLE connections like the Garmin HRM-Dual.
