How do you recommend to adjust your signature following a severe injury? The natural decay of my parameters is not aggressive enough to match my current fitness (which is essentially zero). I don’t want to delete my past rides and ‘start from scratch’, but I also can’t find another way to essentially let Xert know that my fitness is probably (Max 250W, HIE 3Kj, TP 130).
Just go the My Fitness/Advanced tab and key in your fitness signature or, if you prefer, use the calculator to estimate one and save it to your profile. The next ride you do will use that signature and everything will adjust automatically from there.
oh great, I went to that tab and chose “Recalculate Progression” and it seems like those values were retroactively applied to the start of my history, thanks very much for the lightning fast reply!
