Hi Armando, the FAQ say that a gold medal indicates an improvement in all three signatures, I recently had a gold medal with only improvement in HIE ? Re decay algorithm I noticed some weeks signatures can decrease 5 or 6 % in a week, seems a bit steep?

The decay algorithm has to show a decline that is a touch more than your real decline otherwise you could end up with signature values that are too high. Having things a bit lower allows you the opportunity to bring them back up and show your real values. We’re looking at other newer decay methods that should work better and more in line with what folks are expecting. No Decay is great but it requires that you watch things very closely.
