Garmin workouts not loading to Xert

Last 2 Garmin workouts have not synced with Xert… every time I login to Xert it just says they are currently processing, but they never seem to complete. All previous workouts have synced no problem. Any suggestions? Only difference is these are slightly longer outdoor rides but wouldn’t expect they’d take several days to process? Thanks.
