Hi. Is it best to upload rides from Strava or Garmin or does it not matter. Strava is more convenient for me but reading Rainmakers review he seems to suggest Strava fit file data is inferior to Garmin. Is there a benefit to using Garmin – I presume using both is messy and just duplicates everything?
The system removes duplicates. If the activities come from Garmin and they are workouts you did using the Xert Player, you’ll also see the Target Power shown and the name of the activity will get updated to the workout name (upcoming feature).
