Garmin running power: is it relevant ?

Hi ! As I’m planning my triathlon season I’d like to take my running in account. As garmin offers an estimation of the running power I’d give it a try with xert.
My question is: would the running power interfere and “corrupt” the cycling power? How could I take it in account in my training load ?
