Garmin connect activities stopped showing up in Xert a little over a week ago. I reconnected the service and still nothing. Any tips?
i had a similar issue several times. Basically if you don’t get an activity in Xert when it get to Garmin Connect, it will probably never be synchronized.
- first try a “forced sync”. I assume you are on Xert’s desktop webpage. Go to the small “+” in the right upper corner, and select “sync activities”.
- If this does not work, directly upload the missing activities to Xert: Go to the small “+” in the right upper corner, and select “upload activities” and upload the missing activities. You will find them as .fit files on your Garmin GPS (if you have one) under the folder “Activities” if I remeber correctly. You should also be able to download them from the webpage of Garmin Connect but i did that so long ago that I cannot easily give you a walk-throught.
