Garmin apps, fat and carbs and mpa & power not auto syncing

hi there.

i have just rejoined xert and downloaded the IQ apps fat and carbs and mpa and power.
both have the orange dot beside them indicating they are or need updating.

i have gone to garmin IQ app and put in my username and password.
have synced multiple times, and still orange dot and mpa still show default 1200.

any help would be appreciated, cheers.

Try starting a recording on your Edge - you do not have to leave - while on the IQ fields page; they will update if your phone is connected, but it can take a few minutes.
