Hi, I have about 10 year of cycling in my legs usually cycling 8 - 10hr weeks. I curious on how to adjust the freshness feedback. Should I set it to a high amount and start reducing it once im struggling to complete workouts? e.g if i struggle with a workout adjust so the following day shows tired and carry on this until im at the correct value?
Its currently showing that im tired for the next 3 days but my legs feel really fresh. any help appreciated
Yes. You’ll need to adjust literally by feel. One thing you can do is look back to when you knew you were fresh/tired and adjust accordingly. This is why it’s on the Planner page.
