Hi, I’m still having this problem. Did a ride yesterday with a focus of 4:00 minutes. After uploading, a focus of 5:11 is given. What could be causing this?

Please make sure that the data fields are up to date with the correct signature (green dots). Check the FAQ page here if you need assistance with that: https://baronbiosys.com/faq-items/connectiq/

If there is a Breakthrough on the ride, the web will show the Focus, XSS, difficulty, etc. using the new signature, whereas the Garmin uses the signature at the start of the ride to display real-time MPA, XSS, Focus, etc.
