I’m after opinions on what I should do. Last week I completed a good block of training leading up to yesterdays race. Unfortunately the batteries in my Power Meter died early in the race so I basically have no data. So I used the same .fit file from the last time I did that course, 2 years ago. Except yesterday was a lot faster, generally it was a similar kind of race except the fact it was A grade yesterday, B grade 2 years ago.
The result from using that old fit file was a Breakthrough and 10w increase in my TP.
I think this increase was overdue, but not confident what to do here.
Thoughts?
