Fitness planner looks incorrect this morning with history all moving to two blue stars (trained fresh). It was OK Tue, has there been a change?
There was a small modification for those with lower overall training load to better compensate for freshness. It should only affect the colour of the stars and only when you’re at 1 star, normally.
