fitness planner hours/week not making sense

hi guys,

I just signed up for xert and I was really looking forward to use it but I encountered a small bump on the road: when I set my improvement rate to moderate-2 it tells me that my Estimated Weekly Training is 6.4 hours per week. When I start making a plan for my goal event (14th of April) I use the “Automatically create a recommended workout” button and I end up with 10 to 12 hours of training per week. Are this two functions not synchronized?

Hi Paul. Check the Pacer dial for each day to see if a workout is needed. If the pacer is left of center, you should be training and if it is right of center, you can take a rest day. You’ll also need to decide when you can train if you only have 6.4 hours per week.
