Send a note to the support email linked above. While we do monitor the forum, it’s not the best way for us to directly look into issues. The forum is (generally) more for community based support, questions, etc.
I have the same problem.
i deleted all my data and then synced again with strava. Afterwards it worked
We implemented a fix yesterday that should resolve the issue
