Something that I would find useful - being able to easily filter out workouts with curves that don’t translate well to Zwift.
yeah i kinda get that. If I get recommended one now and I want to ride in Zwift anyway I use XERT as controllable and disable that in Zwift. But I can understand its a hassle.
That only works if the trainer supports multiple Bluetooth connections or you connect Zwift to the trainer using ANT+.
I use an ant+ dongle so yeah (my desktop pc doesnt even have bluetooth anyway)
This is problematic if you have virtual shifting, as that requires you to use Bluetooth to control the trainer - at least I haven’t gotten this combo working.
Ie xert controls the trainer via BT, zwift reads via ant+, but if the xert workout has free ride part in it - can’t change the gears in zwift
If someone has a solution for this, I’d be happy.
Oh right, that makes sense yeah… well, the only workaround I see is just pick from recommended the one that doesn’t have curved parts. But if all 3 are you have to load more so I can see a filter would be better then.
Wouldn’t this just be a filter to filter out smart workouts? I agree that this would be useful… and yes I understand the benefit of smart workouts, and I know how to run Xert and Zwift together… but I’m lazy, sometimes it’s just easier to load workouts in zwift and do them there.
