Fatigue deficit and training advice

I did a couple of tougher outside rides 10 days ago. Since then xert has reported me continually tired despite recovery. At the same time it is recommending quite tough workouts and showing large deficits. Its a confusing picture?

Looking perfectly normal. You have a deficit because you’re behind. You’re yellow because you have not had sufficient recovery - your activities still have a lot of high/peak strain in them. You’ll still get tough Endurance workouts recommended because your Training Status is at 3 stars. They’ll be longer/harder too because of your large deficit. If you feel you need more recovery, choose an easier workout from the list of recommended workouts.
