I understand what happens when you have a breakthrough and your FS adjusts. How about when you fail to complete a workout or maybe the toughest intervals within a workout? Does your FS adjust? Do the recommended workouts going forward adjust? I understand a smart workout might adjust during the workout, but I’m curious about other changes.
It will probably affect your HIE? I don’t think PP and TP will be adjusted, but if you fail to hit PP long enough, that will drop and TP will increase as a result, so you will - or may - have to do a manual override…
