how does it cope with triathlon training?

Hi Stephen. We have many triathletes on the system. Many are using Stryd running power with separate accounts. You can enter your XSS, Duration and Focus for your other activities using the planner. See the FAQ for more information on how to add these activities. (One thing to note is that Xert uses your Training Load across 3 dimensions so it is more important to ensure you don’t just enter your XSS for the swim/run but enter how much of that XSS is going to improve your cycling. This will help the system map your training to your results. Cheers.)
