I know there was a previous forum question about this but it seemed to indicate the system should manage duplicates automatically? When I use the xert player I get a duplicate with my Garmin sync… and looking at my weekly XSS seems to be counting both… do I need to manually delete one record each time? Was hoping xert would deal with this… Thanks.
If you’re recording with both the iOS Player and Garmin, the won’t be regarded as duplicates and you’ll need to delete one of them, unfortunately. In the future, when you know this is going to happen, simply discard one of them rather than saving it after the recording.
