I recorded a training session with the mobile app. Now on the website (xertonline.com), I wanted to download the .fit file for other usage. But in the detail view of an activity there is only a delete icon. I can not find the other icons like described in the FAQ.
Hello Frank. You won’t see a download icon if the activity came from Strava. Use Strava to download the FIT file. Append /export_original to activity URL.
