Hope its not a stupid question. I’m new to the platform and so far highly impressed. The training advisor seems to genaret a list of recommended workouts, was wondering if it recommends a day to do the workout, and does it recommend which days to rest on?
Xert will recommend a rest day when it sees a significant XSS deficit and a ‘Very Tired’ Form. Otherwise it will recommend endurance/recovery rides, allowing you to continue to build Training Load without tiring you out (i.e. recovering on the bike). Some of those recovery rides can be taken as rest days, just know that you’ll need to make up the resulting XSS deficit if you want to maintain our selected Improvement Rate.
You can treat “Recovery” workouts as rest days as well. Those workouts help overall but can be skipped if desired.
