Wondering why my Distance stops counting randomly on my Xert EBC sessions?

It seems to go about .5 mile and stop. If I go out and check to see my Sensors and go back it seems to catchup on the correct distance but freeze there. So its banging around in there somewhere. I don’t need to see that info during the workout, but Id like to get some credit.

Are you referring to the Distance data field on EBC iOS or Android?
Are you executing a workout or free riding?
Indoors or outdoors?

Are you using the recommended ‘Speed from Power’ setting for speed data?

Scott, i have done both. I typically use Power/Speed from my Speedplay Zero’s. But I have also use the Jet Black Victory trainer.

Reminder, its gathering the data but if I don’t back out to the settings page, go into the speed page, then go to the data field/workout it won’t record the distance

So today I change Speed sources. I started with the Trainer Speed. it froze and I switched to Speed from Power. and it worked fine today. I am not sure what that was about. But Yesterday I had it on Speed from Power and it foroze and I had to tap into the sensor settings to update the distance.

One other thing I forgot to mention, is that last week I removed the distance data field form my Data Pages. It drove me nuts looking at it frozen. This week I just have looked at the distance by backing out into the Activity pape.
