Difference in Days XSS shortfall and recommendation for extra training

I was just looking at my planner after doing 2 short workouts today and I looks like I am 15XSS short of the recommendation with the shortfall being purely low intensity strain.

Clicking on the additional trining button however yields 2 worlorkouts of 50 XSS but including a relatively large amount of High & Peak Strain.

Just wondered why as it doesn’t at first glance appear to be right.

At the moment, the Remaning XSS doesn’t account for the individual low/high/peak XSS since, if the opposite of what you did would have happened, that is, you completed your low and only had high and peak, there would be no possible workouts you could do that would only fill high and peak. Hence, we just take the remaining XSS with the same focus/specificity of the original targets.

But shouldn’t it recommend a 15 XSS endurance workout in this case? The target Xhss and Xpss for the day was 0, which sounds like endurance to me.
