Hi. I tend to leave my decay method on optimal. When I have a rest week, or a few rest days, would you advise leaving it on optimal, or should I change it to a different method? I do lose a handful of watts, and Hie drops, which I’d expect, but do you think it should drop as much as it says? I just wanted to hear your thoughts.
You can leave the decay rate at optimal during rest weeks/days. The loss of a few watts (or few tenth’s of a kJ for HIE) isn’t usually anything too substantial
