Would it be possible to make the improvement rate a bit more flexible?
Instead of setting an Improvement Rate I would like to set a target Training Load (the numeric value). It should be fairly easy to implement.
Also, with the current Improvement rate I find it a bit strange that the training deficit increases from 219 XXS to 279 XXS (60 XXS) if I change from Maintenance to Slow. Slow is supposed to increase my daily Training Load with 6.0 XXS over the next six weeks, which should basically be 1.0 XXS the first week – or 0.14 XXS increase every day. I think the deficit should only be changed from the day (or week?) you change the improvement rate. Now you immediately get a deficit of a short workout.
