This winter I plan to replace regular turbo sessions with cross training and high intensity gym work. I expect I’ll be riding less too. My fitness signature will decline because I’ll be uploading fewer activities with power data although I may actually be improving overall. How can I ensure my MPA, PP will reflect my actual condition?
Awesome. My advice to you would be similar to what I just wrote to Richard: include various maximal efforts, ideally with failure at varying intensities, in your activities and Xert will track your improvements. It will be a very interesting exercise for you to see how these other disciplines affect your ability to perform on the bike.
