Creating Custom Workouts

Is there a way to create power goals as a percentage of FTP versus a specific value? I want to use a workout as I make gains without having to go back and alter the interval power goals. Thanks!


Hi Sarah,

In the workout designer, you can use the dropdown arrow besides the “Power” part of the interval to adjust the parameter. By default, it is set for absolute (Watts). You can change this to %TP, %LTP, or MMP or XSSR. We recommend using our intensities, so that you dont need to adjust the intensity of the workout as your fitness increases or decreases.
