Correct FTP down due to Covid illness?

I’ve hat a Covid-19 infection four weeks before, but Xert shows me a FTP of 225 instead of 235 before.
My real FTP now ist onlx 210 - is there any chance to correct the Xert-FTP?
And Xert is showing very tired, but i do not feel so.

You can set it in the Account Settings located in the drop down from your user name in the top right of the screen.
