I did a workout with the xert Player and saved the workout on the iPhone. The workout did not sync with the activities section.
Does anyone know what could have gone wrong?

Sorry you’re having issues Wilheim. There is a known issue with the iOS player where some activities fail to upload upon completion. Your best bet is to shutdown and restart the app completely beforehand. Also good to concurrently record with another device for the time being. We are working on a major update to the app that should resolve this issue as well as introduce a host of new features. Thanks for your patience.
