What I would be interested in is a chart that showed what my program predicted at the start, vs where I am at now. For myself, when I started my program, I was coming off of some health issues. My training had been bad for some time and so it was perfectly rational to say my progression would match what I had done the last 6 months or so. At the start of my program my peak ftp was going to be 280 by mid June, as well as giving other metrics. Well I am still a couple months from my goal but I am sitting at 306 now. But the program constantly updates and gives me new numbers so it always just looks like I am where I am supposed to be. But in reality I am way ahead of where the program thought I would be. A chart that shows how the system thought you were going to progress vs how you have actually progressed. In my situation, could be really nice for the ego ![]()
