What does it mean the different colors in fished rides or workouts? I am most if the time red. Some green.
On completed activities, tap the XSS circle to see whether you were over/under suggested low/high/peak strain pts for the day. Green would mean close on all three.

For future activities tap the circle to see the suggested ratio for the day.
Outdoors it’s easy to get carried away.
To achieve green on those upcoming Pure Endurance rides you’ll need to keep watts below TP and avoid accumulating pts in High or Peak strain. I.e. no surges at stoplights and avoid all steep climbs. Or consider it from XSS/hour standpoint. The suggested LIT workouts are easy endurance at around 60 XSS per hour.
