checking fitness signature

Hi my signature seems off as my PP reads 942 whereas my HIE reads 11.4 any help please to explain this?

Found the bad activity and flagged it which has reduced my PP which has resulted in my FTP going up by 6 points but fits more into the graph in the link thanks Armando.
