Hello, i am doing well in following a plan for a ride in early june, that is focused on hilly terrain, several climbs of 10-20min.
Im now additionally going on a biking week including the mont ventoux two weeks after the above (with mont ventoux now my A target)
How should i adjust my training plan? My first thought was i need more high power but
1/ my current plan is based on my gpx file of last year and i cant edit those targets unfortunately, eg slide high a bit up… i can only increase my readiness score, meaning id be better prepared to take the volume of added race?
2/ mont ventoux is a 21km climb, so actually, maybe i dont need any more high load, but rather add,more on the sub TP as ill stay under TP on a 21km climb? Any tips?
