Can't Import TCX File - Error

I’m trying to import a TCX file from a long race. The tcx file is 10.6MB. When I try to pull it in Xert says Currently Processing but then immediately afterwards, “Error While Processing”. I do notice that it then pops up a file download dialog on my computer with a file named zusyjlr6mjfxyzmd.fit that’s 10.6MB. Is the problem that the tcx file is too large? (though it’s smaller than the upper limit). Is there a way to shrink it?

Sorry you’re having trouble with the file. Include the file in a note to our support team via email and we’ll have a look into it.
