Have downloaded the player to all my devices on my note 4 no problem works a treat on my Samsung tab S2 wont work but more annoyingly will not work on my Laptop this is the one I want to use the most I am running windows 10
What browser are you using on Windows 10? Have you tried it on Chrome?
Its OK I have sorted the problem all working OK now.
