My training schedule is all over the place - no two weeks rarely look the same (i.e. I don’t always train on the same days each week). Is there any way the recommended XSS for the day could be based on your weekly target, rather than the workouts previously done on that day for the last 6 weeks?

Hi Rob, unfortunately we don’t have that option but what you can do is go to the Planner and click on the day one week from now and see how juch deficit you’ll have. You can roughtly divide that by 7 for a daily target. Note that if you skip days, you’ll have to double that.
