Is there anyway to reset the filters back to the default (which captures all workouts) after doing some customized searching. Seems rather tedious to have to go back into each filter criteria and individually reset them back to the default.

Yes that would be a good option to have.
Its something that’s on our to-do list. We’ll add it in as soon as we get a chance!
This is still a good idea to implement. Hope you get a chance soon (It’s been over a year and a half, now)
I agree. It’s a pain to reset everything one by one.
I have (sadly) since moved on from Xert. I miss it in some ways, but when I left all development seemed focused in ways that did not cater to the masses rather than ‘low hanging fruit’ such as this. I wish them all the best and hope to be back.
